The Research Seer magazine is proud to announce the research incubation grant for the Indian researchers, who are at the incubation stage of their research, i.e. yet to develop their research work and publish in International Journals.
Motto
The research grant is to financially support the researchers at the incubation stage, when they are registering to a conference. Since the conference serves as a right platform with experts panel, who advise and direct the research beginners to achieve excellence in their research work, The Research Seer has taken efforts to aid the researchers in this regard.
How to apply?
Step 1: Take the survey to let us know, what you expect from a research magazine (Click here)
Step 2: Get the Grant certificate (after eligibility checking)
Step 3: Submit the conference acceptance letter and its related proofs, within an year of grant approval
Step 4: Get the conference registration fee or ₹3000, whichever is minimum, as research grant (based on the satisfactory submission of proofs and conditions)
Terms and Conditions
1. Must be pursuing PhD from UGC recognized universities, under the Engineering/ Technology discipline
2. Must be one of the authors of the accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings
3. The Grant Approval Certificate is valid for only one year
4. A PhD scholar can avail this grant only once in their research tenure
5. The applicant must be in the incubation stage of his/ her PhD, i.e. he/ she may have upto one International publication or yet to publish their research in International journals
6. The applicant must submit the acceptance letter from the conference, the registration fee details with paper ID from the conference organizing committee and the authors' full details, along with affiliation, at least 15 days before the registration closes
7. The applicant is liable to submit any other required document to validate the eligibility of the applicant
8. Grant certificate shall be issued based on the details disclosed on the survey and so, it does not mean that the Grant is decided
9. Grant decision is made within 36 hours from the submission of the required documents, related to the conference registration
10. Grant decision is based on satisfactory submissions, scope of the research and meeting all the terms under this grant scheme
11. Grant decision made by the Grant committee is final and not to be appealed further
